I am writing an article about capture devices for Final Cut Pro and became curious about one thing that I read in my research. Maybe someone from Blackmagic can answer this question. Is there any connection between BlackMagic and Digital Voodoo? I read a press release from Bluefish444, a division of Digital Voodoo, saying that Matt Dowling is the Product Manager of Bluefish444. Is he still Product Manager of BlackMagic and is working for both companies or he left BMD?
    Thanks

Now I noticed that the press release from Bluefish that I read about Matt Dowling was writen in 2003. So I presume that Matt worked for Bluefish and now works for BMD. Including I can see that Matt Dowling is posting here. Sorry about that misunderstanding. It seems that BMD and Digital Voodoo are real competitors, as it should be expected.

Matt Dowling was one of the pioneers of Digital Voodoo.
