Black Sync bar with 5.2.2 and BM-DV job

Has anyone tried capturing into an NTSC BM-DV job via SDI in 5.2.2?
In a Blackmagic DV job I get a black sync bar when capturing via the Decklink input. Firewire is fine. 8bit and 10 bit jobs via same SDI source are fine.
It happens on all four of our systems.
I’ve tried using a delay box on the sync to the VTR but it has no effect on the problem. Whether I genlock everything to house, or to the Decklink output, or to nothing at all there is no change.
This show up in 5.2.2 and 5.2.3 Beta. 5.2 is fine. I haven’t tried 5.2.1

5.2.1 is fine so I guess the problem began with 5.2.2
