Ensure you have your Level in the Track Header at 100% and that your Event on the Timeline is at 100% too.

Can you see the Frames on the Timeline?

    Grazie

Make sure that your Split Screen View dropdown option is set to FX Bypassed

If this doesn’t solve your problem, use GSpot or MediaInfo and let us know what it says about the file.

The bad news is that Pro 8 can’t open that file 🙁
It’s an MP4 file and needs a newer version of QuickTime than Pro 8 supports.
Some users on here have, as I recall, used VLC Media Player to convert it to another format that Pro 8 can read.
You’d have to do a search though as I can’t remember who it was or when they posted.
