  Black Magic Intensity Pro Audio Monitoring

  I had some questions about running audio out of the Intensity card. My current setup would be HDMI to tv and audio to KRK speakers. I was wondering if I could actually double my “Audio Kontrol 1” audio interface as a mixer. Basically run the Intensity’s breakout audio to the Audio Interface’s audio inputs then back out to the KRK speakers. I know I could just run a mixer from the card but I was under the impression that my audio interface would give a more accurate signal. What do you think?

  Would also be interested to know what other people’s typical setup is.

  Equipment: 2.8 ghz 8 core Intal Mac Pro, 20 gig of ram
  Aps: CS5 Production Bundle, FCP Suite 2, Avid Media Composer
