Hi Thomas,

It is a good idea to check precisely what format the phone is outputting over HDMI, and make sure the capture settings match this. If they don’t match, you won’t be able to capture.

However, quite often we see problems with HDCP protection on HDMI outputs of devices like these. Some devices have it, some don’t. I would suggest checking with the manufacturer whether the output is HDCP protected. If it does use HDCP, I’m afraid it won’t be possible to capture.
