Black Magic Firmware Problem
I Recently had windows xp and a Black Magic Intensity Pro and everything worked fine. More recently i did a clean install of windows 7 home premium 64bit and now my computer does not recognize the card and does not ask to install drivers or firmware, i already tried taking out the card and putting it back in and it did nothing… i dont know what to do can anyone help please

I would suggest contacting your local Blackmagic support office, as it sounds like this may need some troubleshooting.
You can either send a support request through using the form on the Intensity Pro’s support page
