Black Lower Thirds & down stream keying
I have created a lower third in motion five that contains black. When I Broadcast thru DSK on my switcher all of the black is keyed out and transparent. Does any have a solution for this problem.

Edit > Project Properties. Change the Background from Transparent to Solid.

Changing that did help, some of the black did come back, but some of the black is keying out. I am exporting from motion 5 and running the QT video thru (On the Air Video) and into my switcher (Panisonic HS400). It my be a setting in my switcher. When I create graphics in On the Air CG. It also keys out everthing black. Please let me know any suggestions you have.

Are you exporting in a format that supports an alpha channel, like Animation or ProRes 4444? And does your switcher support the codec you are using?
