  Black flicker on renders

  I’m getting a black flicker on a rendered composition, and on the cut point a single field of the following edit is interleaved with the outgoing edit. As I understand it this is not field issue, as I have tried all combinations of upper first, lower first, but it is a dominance issue (which is a separate thing). This must have come up before but could see nothing in the FAQ. Any help gratefully received. I should add I’ve been using AE since before it was called AE and never had this problem before!
