  Black bars on export issue

  Hi. Project and timeline resolution set to 2160×3840 (Use vertical video box ticked). Output scaling set to the same as timeline. Footage imported was shot at the same resolution 2160×3840. However, i’m still getting black bars at top of image in the record viewer. My question is, is this because when importing footage to my project the default setting, scale entire image to fit is ticked in input scaling – mismatched resolution files and in output scaling – mismatched resolution files box? I’m not sure how this would be the case as the footage and timeline settings are the same, or is there another reason for this?
