    Hi, we make short wedding movies.
    Since I need to do slow mo on my post processing sessions, I shoot at 720p and 50fps on my Canon 5D Mark3.

    My doubt is, the 720p movies dont look sharp as the 1080p movies look on full screen.

    So, I was thinking how is the idea of adding black bars to our videos , so that it looks more like a film and looks clear too.

    Let me know what you suggest.

    Color corrections? Boost the contrast up, or added 3 way toners, maybe……
    Oh, and to add black bars to get the widescreen format, simply set your file/composition to 12:5. That’s the widescreen ratio.
