I use Commotion mainly for paint, roto & keying. Whenever I bring the mattes I’ve rendered in Commotion to After Effects for compositing, there is a black line around them. Its just a few pixels and I can usually remedy the situation with a matte choke but, what can I do to avoid this?

When you import the images, selected Premultiply Alpha, not Straight. Set the background color to black.

Thats what I’m doing and I still get the black outline.

Do you have a still of the comp to show us?

(make sure that the commotion render is selected in the project window so we can see the interpretation)
