Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy Black and White Border in Final Cut Pro

    Yup.

    Layer a clip on top of itself.

    On the top clip, put the widescreen matt effect. Set it to 2:35:1 (or anything more than 16×9). Give it a border in the widescreen effect.
    On the bottom clip, put the desaturate effect.
