  Bizarre ZR70MC Issue

  My ZR70 has been showing some weird behavior lately. I use it as a deck.

  Last week, I turned it on, only to find that it wouldn’t turn on. I flipped the switch, and nothing happened. On top of that, the LCD was completely white. The tape transport wouldn’t open, and the camera simply didn’t respond to anything. (Yes, it was plugged in)

  Out of curiosity, I just now popped the battery in, and opened the transport lid. The transport opened. I switched on the camera, and now it seems to be working. I plugged in the power adapter and took out the battery, just as before, and it works.

  Does this sound familiar to anybody?
