BitVice type product for PC
In my other DVD authoring thread, BitVice was recommended, and I see that it is a Mac-only product..
I am locked into a PC enviro, so the Mac vs PC discussion isn’t applicable here.
Is there a similar tool for PC users that forums members might recommend?

There are tons of good encoders on the PC side:

I use Cinemacraft but it might be out of your budget at $1500
HC encoder is excellent…and its free too!
