HI,
I’m looking to create the effect of looking through binoculars a black mask with two circles side by side.
Any way to do this?

for plugin, there is one by SUGARfx call: Binoculars
It is sold under Viewfinders HUD package.
Otherwise, just create in photoshop and save as TIFF file and bring it in, add softness to make the edges softer.
Budget always not enuff.
