Bin compatibility between v7 and v6
Bins I create on MC 7 can not be opened on Symphony v6.0.3. I thought that there was complete backwards compatibility through v6? Is this not true?

Avid has stated that bin compatibility with v7 is only possible with the latest builds of all its former versions:

Media Composer 7.0 bins are compatible in earlier versions of Media Composer. The latest maintenance releases (5.5.3.7, 6.0.4, 6.5.3) contain fixes to ensure bins open without inconsistent behaviour.
