Big Thank You to Marianna Montague
At this years NAB (2013), I went looking for, and found, Marianna Montague. I wanted to thank her
for all of the help she has given me. I support 25 Composers and 5 Symphonies and getting
the Avid license server to cooperate can be a challenge sometimes. Her e-mails to me have
been detailed and VERY helpful. It was important to me for her to know how thankful I was
for her help. Turns out, her niceness in the e-mails is not an act. She is also nice in person.I am aware Marianna reads the Avid forum so I have an idea. If you have been helped by
Marianna in some way (e-mail or in person) let’s hear about it. I get the feeling there are a lot
of us out there.Bill

Great thread! Mariannna is the best! This is what customer service should be. She has always been friendly and easy to deal with. And she has helped me a great deal in past interactions.

Absolutely! Marianna helped me with some license issues when I upgraded to MC 5.5

She’s great. Once had authorization issues with MC6. All taken care of.

Im sure Marianna has helped hundreds of AVID users with problems and complications over the years – me included more than once.
She is a real asset to the AVID community, and its good to say thank you every once in a while!!
Im sure she’ll be way too humble to pop up here, but she should know that we really appreciate her (often background) contribution.

I don’t even own an AVID (well, 6.5 on a PC that gets little use) and I think she is spectacular. And she rides a Harley…bonus!
