February 21, 2023 at 12:20 amHere’s something. There are two fields for the video stream that indicate you didn’t actually output HQ, but instead got standard 422:
Format profile – should read 422 HQ
Codec ID – should be ‘apch’

February 21, 2023 at 12:56 amThat’s so odd, I’m positive I had it set on HQ both times.
Could it be possibly be a software glitch from the latest FCPX update or some incompatibility with Ventura?
Regardless, I’ll give it another shot!
Thanks again and I’ll let you know what happens,
Scott

February 21, 2023 at 8:53 pmMan, I’ve been trying to reply to your previous post all day… hope this one goes through.
I ended up with a 99.7GB video file. Very odd that yours won’t output HQ. Can you post a screenshot of your Settings tab in the Export dialog?

February 21, 2023 at 9:42 pmThat all looks perfectly cromulent. Only difference between your settings and mine are that I have ‘Save Only’ as the action.
Did you say what version of macOS and FCP you’re running? I’m current, fwiw – 13.2.1 / 10.6.5. Might be worth looking to see if you have the latest Pro Video Formats installed too (2.2.4)
