  • Bezier Mask Tracking + BCC Extruded Text?

Posted by Brendon Leippi on May 6, 2019 at 1:15 am

Long time creeper, first time poster.

Working on a personal project, i am trying to motion track with bezier mask and get my BCC Extruded text to use the tracking keyframes from the text i have inserted.

I have tracked my video and it has worked great. I have inserted text using the script. But when i put the Video Effect, BCC Extruded Text on the text, the tracking points no longer follow.

So i have went into the positioning area of BCC Extruded Text, added the keyframes, and now i am trying to copy and paste the keyframe movements from the inserted text, to the BCC Extruded text but i cannot paste them in.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Brendon

We will need more info in order to help you.

    Vegas 16 Build 361
    Boris 11.0.2
Timeline is full of other effects, but at the specific spot of the timeline, all i have is primary footage color corrected, brightness, contrast, etc.

    Computer
    Windows 10
    i-7 8750H 2.20ghz
    16gb ram
    GeForce GTX 1060

I know i can get around the issue if i would be to mute everything except the 3D extruded text, and then take a screen snapshot, chroma key mask the background, and insert image to the tracking. But i want to be able to change the position, shadow, and orientation of the text through the clip.
