Beware Reiss Studio software
A word of warning to anyone using Poser and considering the Body Studio plugin from Reiss Studio.
I’ve tried to revalidate my license after a computer failure and reinstall of C4D R9 and Poser6. Body Studio needs online authorisation and the Reiss server refuses to resond with a ‘this is terminal’ response.
Their website is still up and running to sell the software and take your money but absolutely no response to my continuing emails and ticket submissions. I’ve also found online complaints that new purchasers can’t validate their recent downloads : at least I got a couple of years out of mine.
Beware Reiss Studios!!

This might seem obvious, but have you tried calling them? I see you are in the UK, but it might be worth it not to lose the money you spent… just a thought.
