I have a ‘raw footage’ folder in our archive, but I’d like to name it something more apropos of our current time. We haven’t shot on film or video for years, so I’d like to update our language.

    Some possibilities:
    Digital assets
    Video assets
    Raw Video
    Raw assets

Just curious about what others are doing. Thanks

I’ve used “camera originals” in the past. That might not work for you if you have a separate transcode before editing, where your “camera originals” are not what you’d use in a project, and you also keep your actual camera originals in the archive.

I’ve also considered “Camera Source Files”.
