  Better “extract work area”

  Hi,

  I’m trying to delete a chunk out of the middle of a complex composition so used the extract work area function – trouble is this splits the layers so I get two copies of each. That makes things even more complex to look at as well as breaking some expressions. Is there a way to do this that doesnt split the layers?
