BetaSP deck not accepting small cassettes
Anyone have a clue for me about this:
It is a UVW-1800. It gives an error code 21-1C1. Large shells go in fine and work fine. Small shells go part way and make noise a second, then eject, with the error message.
Maybe a tension problem?? Can I tweak something, or is it engineer/shop work?David

Yes.
It may need a few small parts and a full lube-job.
Its very common with these decks.
Find an authorized service tech.
