Beta SP settings??
Im going from a Beta BVW-60 deck through a patch bay (BNC/RCA) to a canopus breakout box. From there I going into a macbook pro via firewire. The footage was shot on an Ikegami HL-55. In the capture preview, the play back is choppy and there is no audio. on the canvas playback is smooth and audio is fine, but the picture is much warmer and I have digital lines around the edges of movement and light fixtures. What setting SHOULD I be using to get the best picture out of this set up??

The ONLY option you have with the Canopus via firewire is DV/NTSC.
