    hI,
    I have a BETASP PVW-2800P deck, i have recorded 2track audio + VIDEO footage in it.
    When i played back, ch2 has audio o/p whereas ch1 has no o/p.
    While recording under EE mode i`m able to hear both channel. What might be the problem?

    Could it be that your channel 1 PB knob is pulled and turned down?

    Hi Greg,
    thks for you reply, i have found out the fault..is the audio card AU148 in the PVW that has some component issues.Thks by the way.
