  best workflow: to muxed m2v/mp2 program stream

  Not sure if Compression Master, Compressor or Cleaner can do this in one pass. But I need to take separate MPEG2 video and PCM audio files and go to a combined MPEG2 program stream file (with mpeg layer II audio).

  If CM or other cannot do this. What is the best app to mux the properly compressed video and audio files together?
