Import>DVD Camcorder Disc worked very well with one of the wedding DVDs I have produced. However, the potential customer’s disc does not show up on either of my DVD players or any of my three computers. I have called the customer, and will try a different one of her discs. Or are there any other suggestions?

I am assuming once I can get the clips on the timeline I can just encode to MPEG2 the same way I would with any other project in preparation for DVDA, right? Thanks, Jim

Two DVD players and three computers? I would think the disc is bad.

I think I figured out this problem. This client apparently did not finalize the DVDs in such a way that other DVD players etc. would recognize it and be able to play. Apparently it will only play in her DVD recorder. She is going to look through her manual and see if there is a way to make the DVDs more compatible with other players etc. Thanks for your help. Jim
