    Greeting All,
Quick question, what is the best way to achieve the film look in Sony Vegas? I’ve played with the presets that come with Vegas, but it doesn’t seem to do the job. Tell me, are there plugins I could purchase to achieve this look, or is there a way to create this look in Vegas? Please if anyone has any ideas or suggestions, feel free to reply.
    Best

You could purchase plug-ins like VASST ReelPaks/Celluloid, Boris FX RED/BCC7, Red Giant Magic Bullet, or NewBlue FX and get many film looks quite easily. You can also create them with Vegas alone but you have to know what you are doing. VASST Celluloid is a free download with 5 free film looks. You can purchase more as ReelPaks. They only use the filters that are built into Vegas so you can tweak them more yourself to get a custom look.
