  Best videocard for the G5

  While waiting on a rev b version of the MacPro (and all native software) I want to maximize the performance of my current machine a much as possible. The main use is AE 7 and Motion2, some FCP and in the near future C4D. The machine is a dual G5/2Gb. Besides adding some RAM I thought it’s worth changing the videocard. At the moment I have a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128 Mb. I have a Sony G520 crt attached to it but in the future I’d like to swith to a nice 30″ Cinema Display. For previewing I have a Decklink HD card (not in production anymore) with a Sony PVM 20L4. I have no decks attached. Most projects are in SD but if needed I have to be able do HD and 2K as smooth as possible.

  So what video card would you guys recommend? And for previewing, stick with the current card?
