  Best video bitrate for podcasts with static image?

  Hello, I’m making podcasts for Youtube – videos with static image. I render it with 10-12 Mbps. Was wondering – maybe it’s too much since there is no video but a static image? Maybe I should lower the settings? What is the best bitrate for this kind of stuff?
