What would best 4k transcode media for a 15 sec video?

40 MBps would be good for a 4K video.

What are you trying to transcode to? If you’re in FCP, just export as H.264, you’re good to go. I think you asked this question on the Apple FCP forum in a slightly different way. Tell what your ultimate goal is for transcoding this.
