Best to adjust audio on Final Cut Pro export to Quicktime {self-contained} all master clip & render files are gone
What is the best way to adjust audio on Final Cut Pro, Quicktime self-contained export? Please note all render files and orginals master clip are gone. So adjustments will need somehow be made to the exported Quicktime file.

You can import your self-contained movie back in to FCP and make your audio adjustments right in the timeline with audio keyframes. Then export your modified movie again as another self-contained. Did this answer your question, or am I missing something else you wanted to do?
If you have Soundtrack Pro you could also adjust your audio tracks there as well.

This looks like this what I wanted to know, one last question will doing this affect the quality of the video at all? I’d rather have lower sound than bad video?

The above described workpath will not affect the video quality because you’re not recompressing the video in any way. You’re simply importing a file then exporting the same file with changes to the audio.
