  best system configuration options for editing on premiere n compositing in after effects

  hello,
  i work in pharma Ad agency,n we are looking for a appropriate system for working in premiere n after effects.though our requirements are not of very
  high brodcast quality but we still seek a good professional outputs.
  can someone plz suggest a good high quality system confugration and extra cards like matrox.we work on windows platform.
