Best Software MPEG2 encoder Recommendations
I use Media 100 editing software and need some recommendations for a great software based encoding program. Speed of the program is NOT a concern just QUALITY. What can you recommend that is OSX compatible? I’ve already looked into bitvice which I know works well with the M100 colorspace – but wanted your input from personal experience before I make the purchase. Kind Regards to All, Chris K.

BitVice is great. The only thing I could conplain about is it’s speed. It’s fine to run overnight but when I’m rushed, it can be a pain.
I’m running a dual 1.25 G4 but I hear its alot faster with the G5s.
