    Can anyone tell me the best settings to use for AE motion graphic animation compositions so that I can compile them in Final Cut? What is the best way to get motion graphics to look crisp in Final Cut? I guess the question is also, what settings do I use in Final Cut to get the motion graphics to look their best possible?

    ProRes 422 (HQ)- it’s the one most folks use between AE and FCP.
