  Best settings for CS5 media encoder to PAL Blu Ray

  I have an FCP 7project in a DVCPro HD 720p 29.97 NTSC timeline and I want to export a self contained or reference Quicktime out of FCP to Adobe media encoder for conversion to PAL blu ray. Is this possible? Will encoder compensate for conversion from 29.97 to 25fps?
  If so, what are the best settings in Encoder for the highest quality PAL blu ray? I have worked with compressor and DVDSP for years but I’m new to Adobe CS5.
