  Best setting for Pal Broadcasting

  I’m a college student from Houston. I do a 30 minute tv show every week for “Kairali” (channel 801 on dish network), it’s a south indian channel which is broadcasted from India. Since I tape everything in ntsc what I do is I convert the show into avi(ntsc) first then export that avi file into wmv(pal)in premiere. Our show sometimes get glitches and it skips when it’s broadcasted. I’m just wondering if it’s the conversion or if its the setting. What will be the best setting for me to convert the show so I can upload it to their server back in India?
