  Best results encoding 60P to 25P

  Hi, I recorded some material at 1920×1080 60P (sony alpha 65), and I’m editing in Premiere CC 2014 on a sequence with the same settings. The question is: I MUST export the final video to 1920×1080 but 25P. Which are the best settings to encode so I don’t have the final video look like “stroby” or “jerky”?
