Best Render settings to go into Sony Vegas?
Hi, I’m not as experienced with AE as I would like to be, but I can handle it. I try to color correct my raw footage with Magic Bullet/stabilize it etc in After effects then do the editing in Vegas Pro. What would be the optimal render settings from After Effects while keeping the file small enough for smooth playback with 8gb RAM.

Rendering from AE with .MOV Format(Quicktime Movie) and PNG Codec is a good option.
It is lossless and gives you moderate file size.
Lossless would be better as you need to render it again from Vegas for the Final output.
