That would be dependent on your delivery format. What do you plan to do with the file once it’s rendered? Sony MXF HD422 1920×1080-60i 50 Mbps should provide outstanding quality. CineForm HD is also a good choice.

If you’re sending it to a post house to be printed to HDCAM tape then you need to ask them what formats they support.
