Best Render Settings for Red/Cyan 3D
I am creating a Red/Cyan 3D project that will be projected on a big screen. When outputting my computer to the VGA projector and playing the 3D clips through Vegas (with glasses on), they look fantastic. However, when viewing the .mpg I render out with VLC player, I see something almost like double vision on the elements that are 3D.
I believe I have found the correct lens separation and depth adjust settings and what I am seeing now is a result of the colors in the .mpg not being completely accurate.
Does anyone know the best container/codec/settings for rendering out a red/cyan 3D video? Perhaps the answer to this question is the same as which format is the most color accurate in general.
If anyone has already been through this and has the solution, it would save me hours of trial and error (which I am about to start now as I wait for a response).
