Hi all, can some one tell me what are the best render settings to use for broadcast video I have two projects one is dvpal compression and the other is 10bit uncompressed.
I have tried different settings and my images look ok but not great ie a bit of antialiasing even though i have set antialiasing to best and my filter to pal ntsc should i be adjusting the other filters and the threshold and the min/max level cos im not sure what they do? should my format in save be Tiff, Targa, QT etc.
does anybody have a set of settings or a workflow that they use? to go from C4D to motion to FCP? Any Advice

    Thanks Emmet

If the C4D stuff is going into compositing first I export a 10 bit tiff sequence.
FCP will not take that though. If it is going straight to FCP with no intention color correction 8 bit Quicktime animation is fine. If you intend to color correct make it 10 bit QT animation.

    Make your antialiasing “best”
Leave your DPI at 72 as video will reduce it to that anyway.
