best reference manual or video tutorial for learning vegas
What in peoples opinion is the best way to quickly learn Vegas. I’m a 10 year veteran of Final Cut Pro and am a crack fast editor on that, but learning Vegas via the online tutorials or help system leaves much to be desired. What do people suggest? I generally prefer learning via a video tutorial, but a well-written book is fine and dandy.

Seth, I fine the “Vegas Pro 8 Editing workshop” By Douglas Spotted Eagle very good. It has a world of information it. It does at places get pretty deep. But over all I would recommend it. Get at at most book stores or they can order it for you.
As for video tutorial I like the Vasst “Absolute Training for Vagas Pro” There are 12 volume I think. I have the 1st 3 and they are good. I used them often. Take a look
