I want to obtain the best possible quality for a DVD. What options should I choose when exporting to MPEG encoder? The movie is about 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Not a lot of action mostly talking heads. Should I use VBR or CBR? What number should I target 6,000 or 7,000, or what? I am using Premiere 2.0 and Encore 2.0. I will burn to DL DVD, so size is not an issue, just quality.

    Thanks.
