  Best quality workflow FCP to Compressor to DVD SP

  I am cutting an affiliate reel for a broadcast company. They footages are in HD and SD. Usually my sequence settings are DV NTSC 4:3 and I conform the HD footage, since its for broadcast. But this reel is for DVD. I was hoping you guys could guide me through the best sequence setting, compressor exporrt for dvd.
