What are some of the best plugins for a good price? By a good price, I of course mean cheap and a good quality product. Also I’m looking for a general plugin, not really something that specifies into any different type of art/effects. so yea. Thanks!!!

Sorry to say this, but that is an incredible ambiguous question. What do you want the plug-ins to do? There are no “make it look cool” plug-ins as they all have specific tasks. For example, Trapcode have a range of awesome plugins, but they won’t help you much with colour correction.

It depends a lot on what you want to achieve, and what it’s worth to you. Is there any more info you can give us – there’s seriously hundreds of plugins and a lot of them have a specific function so it’s difficult to say “here, buy this one”.

    The list here

will give you a good idea of what’s available. Depending on your workflow and what you hope to accomplish, some of these will be much more useful than others.

I would argue the only _necessary_ plug-in is Gridiron’s Nucleo Pro. If you’re working with other NLEs, Automatic Duck’s Pro Import AE is also a must.

Other than that, it’s your discretion as to which plug-ins you buy to make your footage look cool.
