Best option for creating H264 files that are iis smooth streaming compatible
We have a client that has requested a video to be delivered as a H264 with iis streaming capability.
The client will be hosting the file so we only need to create it.
We are looking at purchasing Microsoft’s Expression Encoder to accomplish this.The alternative option being Windows Azure Media Services which seems like overkill as we will not be hosting content internally.
Thoughts?

Have you found a solution to your problem?
I also want to create h264 smooth streaming content (as I want to stream it under Silverlight), but
– Azure Media Services costs money (I want to encode a lot of stuff in an automated service)
– Expression Encoder Pro can’t be bought with h264 support any longer
