July 16, 2009 at 12:15 pmHi Maria,
The page doesn’t gives much information.
It says that can read “multiple formats’ but no which formats.
Assuming that can read MPEG-2 (Ii guess can do it because is a very popular format), I would try with a standard NTSC or PAL with embed audio (Multiplexed MPEG-1/Layer 2 Audio).
Cheers,

Not me, I’d go with MPEG4 since that’s what the iPhone uses.

July 16, 2009 at 3:01 pmHello Gentlemen and thank you for your quick response and assistance. I brought the unit home and spent several hours testing formats. It did not play mp4, m4v or mov. I had been using a CF card and decided to use a SD card on my new MacBook Pro. I accidentally left my daughters video footage onto her SD card and the darn thing played. The file extension her camera kicks out is ASF.
Supports FILE LIBRARY : File directory management. – Does this mean my file has to be in a folder DCIM????? How do I export to ASF???
Any other thoughts? Thank you again. Maria

Hi David my friend,
I wouldn’t go to MPEG-2 neither.
I thought that for some reason Maria wanted or needed that format.
BTW, the page on the link it says that “Support resolution up to 680×480” (?).
