    Best HD video quality for uploading on Youtube?

    I’m really new at Sony Vegas and I just made a video I want to upload on Youtube. The thing is, I don’t know which format or choice will give me the best quality.

    I like to use Sony AVC with the Internet 1280×720-30p template which is designed for internet video like YouTube and Vimeo.
