Your question doesn’t really have anything to do with this thread — I’d try starting a new thread in the Compression techniques forum [link] to get better answers (though my guess is that you are looking for an MPEG2 stream analyzer).
I think you’ll need to be a bit clearer about what you’re asking in your new post, too. Wouldn’t the I, B, and P frame sizes (dimensions in pixels) naturally match the size of the stream?
